Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Udinmo Projects website and our engineering services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service Provision
Udinmo Projects provides custom software engineering, cloud architecture, and UI/UX design services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Client Obligations
To ensure project success, clients must:
- Provide timely feedback and approvals.
- Access our collaborative tools and infrastructure responsibly.
- Ensure all information provided for project execution is accurate.
- Pay all invoices within the specified timeframe.
Project Completion Policy
A project is considered complete once all deliverables defined in the SOW are signed off by the client. Final payments are triggered upon this completion and are non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of the developed software once full payment is received. Udinmo Projects retains ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, or methodologies used in the project.
4. Liability and Warranty
We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty for bugs and performance issues. Udinmo Projects is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage or platform downtime.
